Divorce Settlement Finalized
HGTV star Christina Haack, 42, is officially divorced from her third husband, Josh Hall, after a California judge signed off on the split.
Despite the couple not having a prenup, neither Haack nor Hall will pay spousal support.
Hall initially requested support when he filed for divorce in July 2024, citing irreconcilable differences, but the court ruled otherwise.

The pair, who quietly married in October 2021 before news of the wedding became public months later, separated after nearly three years of marriage.
Haack admitted on her show The Flip Off that she regretted not securing a prenuptial agreement, saying, “I would’ve gotten a prenup or I would’ve never married him.”
What Each Walked Away With
The settlement left both Haack and Hall with valuable assets. Hall will keep a 2021 Bentley Flying Spur V8, a 1982 DeLorean, and a Honda CRF motorcycle.

Haack retains her 2022 Bentley Continental GTC V8, two 2021 GMC Yukons (one in California, one in Tennessee), and children’s quads.
The two did not share children together, though Haack remains mom to her three kids from prior marriages.

Haack’s $13 Million Architectural Masterpiece
As part of the settlement, Haack keeps her primary residence in Newport Beach — a $13 million, 6,984-square-foot architectural showpiece.
Built in 2021 by Laidlaw Schultz Architects, the estate sits on a sprawling 16,659-square-foot lot in Cliff Haven and stands as a one-of-a-kind mid-century modern–inspired tour-de-force.

The five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath home is defined by imported terrazzo floors, cutting-edge technology, full home automation, and advanced security systems.
Among its standout features is a custom-designed movie theater described as “interstellar” in quality, offering an immersive cinematic experience.
A Study in Orange County Luxury
The property is considered one of Orange County’s finest examples of modern architecture, marrying sleek design with opulent finishes.
Marketed as a “true 1-of-1 architectural gem,” the residence was once entered for comparison purposes only — and sold off-market for its full asking price within 60 seconds.
The rapid sale underscored the home’s rarity and prestige in Newport Beach’s high-end market.

A Picturesque View of the Home
Expansive backyard landscaping surrounds a sparkling rectangular pool, seamlessly blending with the bold glass-and-steel architecture of the two-story modern home.

A symmetrical aerial perspective highlights the central pool, shaded seating areas, expansive terrace, and surrounding greenery that frame this modern luxury retreat.

A lush green lawn stretches alongside a sleek pool, framed by towering glass walls that emphasize the openness of the contemporary property.

Elevated perspective reveals the property’s impressive scale, where modern geometric architecture meets abundant greenery and distant cityscape views.

A striking entrance features clean lines, tall potted plants, and a bold contrast between white walls, dark gates, and natural wood accents.

Warm wood ceilings, textured stone walls, and expansive glass panels combine to create an inviting hallway filled with natural light and outdoor connections.

Sunlight floods a corridor lined with floor-to-ceiling glass, seamlessly connecting indoor living spaces with views of the green courtyard and pool.

The Tennessee Farmhouse

In addition to her Newport Beach mansion, Haack retains ownership of her 23.82-acre Tennessee farmhouse, famously featured on her show Christina in the Country.
The six-bedroom, six-bath modern farmhouse includes a pool, screened porch, barn, and breathtaking bluff views.
It was purchased in 2021 before her marriage to Hall, though he was temporarily allowed to reside there after their split.

The $4.5 million property has been at the center of past legal disputes but now firmly remains under Haack’s control.
Moving Forward
Following the divorce, both Haack and Hall publicly shared reflections on their split. Hall referred to himself as a “free man” in a social post, while
Haack signaled her focus on family, career, and manifesting love.
With her Newport Beach mansion and Tennessee farmhouse secured, the HGTV star remains firmly rooted in the worlds of luxury real estate, design, and television, even as she closes this personal chapter.
