The new owners, Jose A. Gonzalez and Alicia Hathaway have acquired the property with the help of a $3.05 million mortgage from Marquis Bank.

Johnson acquired the mansion in 2016 for $4.83 million, shortly after signing a lucrative four-year contract worth $50 million with the Heat.

This recent sale, therefore, reflects a loss of approximately half a million dollars.

The price per square foot for the property was recorded at $429.
