Foreclosure and Financial Complications

Lanez took out a promissory note for $1.26 million, committing to interest-only payments of $11,057.50 monthly, plus a balloon payment of over $1.2 million due by December 2021.

He missed this significant payment, prompting the property’s seller, BH 4908 LLC, to file for foreclosure and breach of the promissory note.

This foreclosure could lead to Lanez losing the condo, further complicating his legal situation.
