Sofia Vergara is now embroiled in a lawsuit with the contractors from Reside Custom Homes over this multi-million dollar mansion in Los Angeles.

The legal dispute arose when the contractors filed charges against Vergara, including breach of contract and fraud, alleging she failed to pay for completed work totaling over $1.7 million.

Vergara has countered these claims with a lawsuit of her own, seeking $5 million in damages for what she describes as subpar construction work and overcharges.

Her attorney, Martin Singer, argues that Vergara and the contractors initially agreed to a private settlement, accusing the contractors of leveraging the lawsuit to tarnish Vergara’s reputation with misleading information.

The complaint details two unpaid bills for additional work requested by Vergara, amounting to nearly $900,000 and over $650,000, respectively, and cites hostile working conditions purportedly created by Vergara.

Vergara denies these allegations, asserting that the contractors’ poor craftsmanship and negligence have resulted in significant damages to her property.

She moved into this house in March 2023, shortly before announcing her divorce from Manganiello, whom she married in 2015.
