  1. Having lived in all the counties surrounding Philly my whole life, I am very familiar with the New Hope area. It’s convenient to NYC, Abington, where he grew up and all areas around Philly including the Jersey Shore, LBI, etc. Good move on his part. That’s a historic home, not that many still around at that age, over 200 years old. Certainly, not in that great of condition.
